Cancellation and Covid19 Policy

Cancellation Policy

Full cancellation:

until 15 July, 2022: free of charge
until 31 August, 2022: 100 EUR cancellation fee
afterwards: no refund

Cancellation of add ons:

Add ons such as additional dinner tickets or excursion tickets can be cancelled individually.
A handling fee of 5 EUR applies.

All cancellations must be done via email to mtns2022[at]uni-bayreuth.de.

Covid-19 Policy

Until 30 September 2022 there will be no Covid-19-induced travel bans for entering Germany. Hence, we do not offer special cancellation options beyond the general regulations mentioned above.

Speakers who experience travel difficulties due to regulations in their country of residence may present their talk remotely. If you are affected by such difficulties, please contact us via mtns2022[at]uni-bayreuth.de before registering for the conference.
